Corporate Events

Following the latest phase 2 government advice and AGB advice for Phase 2 - to minimise social contact and avoid shooting in groups. The Spelthorne Archery committee has agreed that for the safety of all concerned we now postpone all training activities for the rest of 2020.

All course dates will be moved to 2021 and taster sessions and corporate events scheduled in 2020 will be scheduled in 2021 in due course.

Refunds or vouchers will be offered for those that have pre-paid. If you wish to reserve a place on a 2021 course or session or event, or have any other questions, please contact the training officer at the address below.

Why not organise a group event with your work colleagues or friends to “Come and try Archery” for one special fun evening

Your group will be provided with all the necessary equipment required to shoot dozens of arrows at targets on our outdoor range for up to 2 hours on a selected date from 6pm – 8pm (light and weather permitting). Refreshments will be provided during the session.

For those that are taken with archery – you can also discuss with our trainers how to join our club if you decide archery is for you.

A minimum charge of £150.00 will be charged for 10 or fewer persons. For each additional person an additional £15.00 will be charged. A maximum of 12 persons can attend the event at any one time.

Events can be booked for Wednesday evenings. Up to 4 dates during the year from April to August are available to book on a first come first served basis. A deposit of £50.00 will be required at time of booking with the remainder to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Please note that we will aim to accommodate a mutually convenient date of your choice for the event. But in order to book the range and arrange tutors for the event we will need at least 4 weeks notice to arrange such. Please contact the training officer as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
